An early variety with short tops an medium-sized stems. Try Early White Kohlrabi in stews or stir-fires, sauteed or steamed. Good raw with dip or in salads. Tastes like a mild white turnip. Kohlrabi is a member of the cabbage family, producing a 2 1/2″ diameter bulb above ground. Easy to grow. Repeated plantings will ensure a continuous supply until frost.
