Description
Zamioculcas Zamiifolia also known as the ZZ Plant adds to any interior space with its unique growth pattern. Its low water requirements and drought tolerance handle well in many environments. (dry and humid) The drought-tolerant ZZ plant is a wonderful addition to low-light situations in homes and offices, but all parts of this plant are poisonous. Keep it away from children and pets.
Strange but beautiful. A caudex-forming aroid from Kenya has 3in, shiny-green leaves arranged distichously along bottle-shaped stems, giving a cycad-like appearance. Easy to grow, good as a houseplant, bonsai, for shaded landscapes or terrariums.
An ancient relic, along with Gonatopus, with a unique characteristic (for Aroids) in that the leaflet can fall to the ground, root and form bulblets. This feature is not known in aroids outside of the Zamioculcadeae.

I bought a plant that was in a 3” pot and it was smaller than I expected, not as large as the one in the picture. There were only two leaves. Shipping was fast and plant was well packed.

Plants were well packaged, they arrived with no damage and are beautiful plants. I will shop here again, thanks.

I am so happy with my little ZZ plant! It was well-packaged, and survived the trip from California to Washington State in the middle of a cold snowy winter!
Also, I really appreciate that Wishlistplant included thorough care instructions on the packing slip. I’m intermediate when it comes to caring for plants, but I didn’t know that I should wait to repot this one. That is very helpful, and I appreciate being started out on the right foot!
