Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

I was so happy to get this plant in the mail! However, I don’t think it was happy to see me. The plant itself was perfect when it arrived but it seems the shock of the environment did not sit well with it. It has lost about 1/3 of its original leaves and I’m hoping that’s all it will lose.

The packaging was something and I was scared when I opened it but within 24-48 hours my wondering Jew was starting to perk up. It has grown so much in just the week that I’ve had it and seems happy and healthy. Will be ordering again soon.
