All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

This time was no different- they were just as full and beautiful as I remember. The temps in my area increased so the seller took their time to check my local weather and refund me for the heat pack without me even thinking about it- top notch customer service!

It arrived safe and sound this morning (not easy for a plant being shipped in icy weather during the holidays). It’s actually nicely denser than I expected and has a couple of small blooms. It’s early days but so far, so great!
