Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

I just got the Staghorn Fern plant today . Just checked the track it was here in the mailbox before the tracking was done good job. The plant was wrapped up very good well tightly. Leaves in a good shape. Took it out said wow it is so beautiful thank you so much for a lovely plant. Never had one before so will search it to see how to grow it. It also came in its own little flower pot. Thanks again.

My 4 – 4″ pot staghorn ferns arrived in perfect condition. The packing was unbelievably great and protected the plants even in the February cold. The plants were as good as if I had picked them out of a nursery myself. They look just like the picture shown. I would definitely buy again
