Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 8” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

Plants came in ok shape. Packing was good, plant health was ok. Cactus was pretty yellow. Went to split the cactus with a friend and they’d shoved a 6 inch cactus in an eight inch nursery pot which was frustrating. I would’ve just purchased the 6 inch plant for less if I’d known that was going to happen.
