All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 2 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you . We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with shipment.

The plant arrived intact. It was stressed from the trip and had some trouble moving its leaves (they didn’t move with the change in daylight) but it seems to have readjusted. The leaves do have some damage spots which I hope will not spread, but I think it will do fine. It is a good size for the price. Very similar to the picture, 4 leaves, same height. The red lines are almost unreal.

Really well packed! This is the second plant I ordered from etsy and this seller did a much better job than the other (if I’m being honest). The plant was in good condition considering it was shipping for about a week (west coast to east coast). Only damage was one yellowing leaf that hasn’t seemed to bounce back after a couple of days. I ended up pruning it off. I planted this little guy in with my 2 more mature plants to help fill in some space after a repot and he looks so good!
