Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

LOVE these plants. I got a hoya tricolor and hoya compacta and they both got here with minimal damage. The compacta is a bit smaller than I expected but extremely green and healthy so I’m not complaining. The hoya tricolor had a lot of leaves and was really healthy as well. Arrived quickly. Could give 10 stars.
