All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

Fast shipping and great quality plant! The leaves are a bit bent from shipping in the photo, but nothing that won’t straighten out with a little light. Very healthy plant and I’m happy I chose this shop!

This was a wishlist plant for me! I was nervous and excited. It came fast and well package with two other plants. The variegation is beautiful, just like the photos or better. Hard to tell in my photo but there are 4 healthy leaves and moist soil when it arrived. Looking forward to seeing how it acclimates!

I was initially skeptical of ordering plants through the mail but my local nurseries didn’t have what I wanted so I bit the bullet and I’m so happy I did! I ordered six plants from this seller and they arrived today. They were all packaged perfectly and despite one of the boxes being completely crushed (thanks, USPS), my babies survived their journey! They’re all so beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be purchasing from this seller again!
