Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

Got stuck in the mail for 8 days.i keep on tracking the package but there was bo progress til 2 days before it was delivered.i should have chosen priority mail instead.i was scare that the plant will be dead when it arrives but luckily it wasn’t.the plant was smaller than i expected.hope this thrives in my care.
