Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

This plant was part of my first online order. I ordered 4 plants and all were packaged perfectly. I was expecting such a beautiful rooted plant. No complaints as all the leaves are intact. Very healthy plant and already flourishing in my home. Definitely recommend this shop.

Exceptionally well packaged cute and healthy plant. This thing and the two others I bought were so well packed it took me about 10 minutes to unpack! Plants were all fine and healthy even though I didn’t get around to unpacking them for three days. Soil was moist, then covered with shredded paper, then wrapped very thoroughly in plastic wrap, then stacked neatly with the other larger plants to create a framework, then filled with peanuts to finish out the safe structure. The plant itself is a little droopier than the larger ones but only slightly (and it’s soil was still moist so it was fine there, just missing the sun I think), and seems to be happy now that I finally got it out of the box. I’m very pleased and will order from here again if I have need.
