Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

My peperomia hope was shipped along with two other plants in great condition and very quickly too which was a nice surprise considering all the delays from the holidays. Love this little cutie! Wasn’t on my wishlist buy when I saw it on this store page, I gotta have it. It was white marks on some of the foliage, but I don’t think it means anything bad? Will monitor. Thank you, California Tropicals!

I love the plant and it came so fast and packaging was great! However, I noticed a young leaf came in damaged or got lopped off but I expect that it was due to shipping. I think the packing of peanuts helps but tissue would be better and also less harmful to the environment. Overall, I love this seller and will buy again soon!
