Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

The packaging is amazing. The seller made sure that the peace lily (4” pot) I bought has enough moisture for the delivery. It has been 2 days I am gonna wait until I can water it. It looks super healthy and the foilage so clean. The plant though however is smaller size than I expected it to be for the price and the size of pot it came with.

Wow, my plant was 2 days late, during a heat wave, and it still arrived pretty much perfect. The packaging was as another review I read, with foam pellets that kept all leaves in tact. Attaching a picture of the packaging when I opened it and how green and healthy my plant looks.
