Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

This has been, by far, my most full and healthy and beautiful plant I’ve received in the mail! Definitely my favorite plant!! It’s soooo full and has sooo much growth coming out!! Picture doesn’t do this plant justice! extremely splashy, I have it under grow lights and it’s popping new leaves out left and right!! Absolutely in love!

This hoya was gorgeous upon arrival! She was in very dense potting mix, which isnt something I would put my Hoyas in. So, after about a week I repotted with a much more airy mix that I make and she seems much happier. I lost 2 cuttings with new peduncles just in that first week plus a couple leaves. Despite having great air circulation and ample temperature (and I dont mist), the soil just stayed too wet. But I never gave it a first watering. That is the only thing I would change about my experience with this shop. I will, however, order from this shop again cuz all the plants i got were so gorgeous! Just next time I get hoyas, I will repot upon arrival.

I bought this and one other plant from this shop. Despite the hot mess that is the East Coast USPS, these arrived alive and healthy! I was extremely worried considering it’s been snowing where am I the entire time these have been in the mail and the heat pack is only for 72 hours. Took over two weeks to get here, but somehow these plants survived the ordeal. Seller packaged them very thoughtfully and carefully, which is probably a lot of the reason they survived the cold temps.
