All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

If I could give it more stars I would. Let me start with packing because it’s the best I’ve seen so far. This Hoya came in an order with two other plants. All three plants had crinkle paper covering their dirt. Then they were securely taped together and placed in a way as to not injure any of the leaves. It was then wrapped in cardboard and filled with biodegradable packing peanuts and finally wrapped snuggly in bubble wrap. I mean no dirt anywhere and no injured plants. All three plants were beautiful as expected. This his my 7th plant from California Tropical. I love these guys. They have a customer for life! ??

I was impressed with the packing, but my single leaf Hoya Kerri came with a bit of a tear on the back side that is faintly seen on the front too. I wish I asked for a pic of the actual plant first before I ordered so I know what to expect.

Shipping was quick and packing was nice. I was little worried about temp and dry up soil during the shopping. But it was perfectly fine. I ordered 4in. But it was smaller than what I expected. But The color and pattern was beautiful. Thank you!
