Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

I received my beautiful plant today!! It was boxed up for 3-1/2 days to ship from California to me and it was in perfect condition when it arrived. It’s rainy and gloomy outside today and this was my ray of sunshine ? The packaging was superb. Every leaf was protected and the dirt was sealed in a manner that there was no way it could spill out inside the box. Thank you!!!

It took awhile to be shipped out but the cactus was packaged very safely, a good size and arrived really healthy so I’m happy.

LOVE. This plant came healthy and exactly like the photo. It had roots and was ready to plant. It’s been 2 months now and with proper care, it was able to sprout 4 more leaves! Definitely excited and happy I purchased. Thank you.
