Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

I’m sure it is all my fault but the plant arrived with some very wilted leaves that are on the yellow/brown side… I’m thinking it’s because I didn’t opt for a heat pack and I’m in Alaska so… it’s my fault. Other than that the plant looks ok… I have it under a grow lamp at the moment… it arrived with the soul still wet so that’s a positive too… just some TLC and it’ll be just fine. I won’t make that mistake again especially when ordering during our Fall/Winter. I was smarter with the other plant I ordered recently from this shop. ?

This was my first purchase from this shop. This Aglonema is beautiful. It lost some roots during the transit. I was little worried but it recovered so beautifully that it didn’t show any sign of damage on its leaves. It is thriving.
