Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

Very prompt shipping – I ordered late on Jan 6, a Wednesday, and it shipped the following Monday, Jan 11. Unfortunately USPS decided to send it all over the country and it did not arrive until Jan 19. I was so worried my plants would be frozen, since the 72 hour heat packs would have long since died, so I reached out to the owner for any advice on what I should do when they arrived. The owner responded quickly and provided some suggestions. The plant was packaged well and is so healthy it appears to have suffered zero damage from the extended trip and cold temps. I am relieved and I would definitely buy from this shop again!
