All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

Very disappointed that another plant in my order was cancelled by the seller due to low stock. However this one was still sent and it was in great condition. Still waiting for that Calathea Cora restock! New tracking number was never provided so I did not know plant was delivered.

I ordered my fish bone prayer plant as part of an order of 5 plants. Of those 5, 2 arrived in terrible shape, including this one. When I received this plant, there was browning on many of the leaves, and the leaves were limp and curled under. I gave the plant a couple of days to perk up with filtered sun and water, but it did not. Knowing that this seller has a 3 day warranty, I reached out to him about the poor condition of this plant 2 days after I received it. On day 3, I requested to return or exchange it. On day 4, he got back to me and said that it was outside the 3 day warranty. He didn’t offer me a refund or to send me a new plant, just a 15% off coupon for my next order. Ridiculous.
