Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

My Ctenanthe Burle Marx is beautiful! This was my first order with California Tropical’s and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The shipping was fast and the tracker through USPS was helpful. It took a week or so from placing my order for them to arrive all the way in FL. I purchased two plants that were both in pristine condition. The packaging kept the soil moist and inside of the pot. The leaves, stems and new growth suffered no damage. The grow pot is in new condition and the soil appears to be of high quality. This company is professional and the quality and condition of which my Burle Marx arrived in proves so. I actually placed a second order already and can guarantee there will be more to follow.
