All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

I already made a review, I just had an extra order for my grandma… But it is worth noting it was packaged with consideration. Soil was cushioned, pot wrapped, it was in a protective cilinder with foam and taped securely. You should be just as careful taking it out. The leaves are a treasure!
