All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

My Birken finally arrived today! It came very well packaged & secure in it’s box. It’s the smallest plant I’ve ever purchased but arrived with 4 good sized leaves & 1 small one, which is more than I expected. One of the larger leaves has some brown blemishing that isn’t the prettiest — I know it will not affect the plant’s growth & eventually I won’t even notice it. I can’t wait to help this guy thrive!

Absolutely the best plant-buying experience I’ve had on Etsy. Shipping was super quick, and the plant was obviously well cared for before and through the shipping process.
I’ve never seen such a well packed plant. It arrived in a little pot with crinkle paper on the soil, wrapped in cellophane to keep moisture in, then put inside a cardboard tube with packing peanuts just to keep it from getting banged up. And it was only going from Irvine to San Diego!
The plant looks super healthy, nice and green without blemishes or dying leaves, it doesn’t even have hard water spots from unfiltered water. Awesome experience with this seller and I’ll definitely be buying more from here in the future.
