Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

I was incredibly worried about my plants being stuffed in boxes for 5 days in the mail. So surprised when I opened them that I literally GASPED. Took pictures right away bc I just couldn’t believe how healthy these plants looked after such a long journey! The packaging was incredible. All leaves are dry and in-tact. Soil was still moist in all except bonnie. Berry syngonium popped out with a gorgeous and mesmerizing color. We’ll see how she acclimates over the week and if shock sets in from the stress of travel. Very happy and will definitely buy from here again.

Took awhile longer than I’d like to receive however the plant was well packed and secured when it did arrive. Some time in the sun and a little water did a lot to help it.
