All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

I have had excellent service from this seller in the past. I placed this order along with a heat pack . The item was shipped without the heat pack. So the plant was frozen when my husband opened it. I was in the hospital with COVID at the time.
