My plant arrived in terrible condition. The plant was completely flipped upside down in the pot. All the soil was on top of the plant, all the leaves were at the bottom of the pot, half the leaves were either broken off or broken in half. I’m only giving 3 stars because the seller put tape over soil but not enough to prevent the plant from flipping completely over. I can’t fully blame the seller because it looked like USPS used the box in a soccer game! The roots are healthy, and some of the leaves made it and hopefully I can rehab it back to health!!

The shipping and handling time for my purchase was good, and the plant was packed well; however, that’s where the good news ends. The Hoya Australis Lisa I purchased looked much worse than the example pictures posted on the item page. The plant arrived soaking wet, which hoyas do not well in, especially when shipped so wet. Also, it looked like the plant was badly cut down to the lowest nodes for propagation. I reached out multiple times over a week to find a way to remedy the situation, but there was no communication from the seller whatsoever, so eventually I opened a case and it was refunded immediately.

Super fast shipping, seller was quick to answer my questions! I’m out of town, so my mom opened it for me, can’t wait to get home and see it!
Edit: just got home, and it was REALLY wet, so I had to repot it. Other than that it’s doing great!
