Description
(Coriandrum sativum) Annual. This cilantro is a cool season annual that was specifically bred to resist bolting and allow for a longer harvest. It won’t flower and go to seed as quickly as other varieties, but when it does, the seeds can be gathered and ground for fresh coriander. Highly aromatic and spicy. An essential ingredient in Asian, Indian, and Mexican cuisines. Use it fresh for salsas, soups, salads, meat and fish. If left to flower, it serves as an attractor for many beneficial insects. Coriander seeds can be used to create pickling spice, curry and chili powders. A good container variety. {Quantity:} .75g (Min. 50 Seeds)

A little slow to come up, but sprouts are looking strong prior to thinning. I had 95% germination!

Seeds didn’t grow well, but that is surely user error. ? My black thumb is notorious. I’ll try again next summer! Thanks! ?

Oh gosh cannot wait to get these going. We grew and gathered cilantro as children. We’d make little bundles and sell them for 25 cents ea to couple of neighborhood markets. Slow bolting cilantro sounds fantastic! Had to had to buy a few extras.

Doing really well! Able to take small cuttings already. Plants are about 5” tall. Very nice flavor. A minimum of 90% germination rate. Now waiting for it to grow up more. And wishing it would warm up so they could go out on the porch in the heat and humidity.
