Description
40 Seeds Gourmet Blend Organic Heirloom Large Tomato Seeds; Rainbow Culinary Mix; indeterminate Great for budget conscious home gardeners wanting to try popular large heirloom tomato varieties Seeds are sourced from A.P.Whaley, with germination rate 95%+; certified organic by MOSA. The Culinary Mix has exact 1/8th seed count for each variety below: – Amish Paste – Beef Steak – Black Krim – Cherokee Purple – German Pink – Great White – Green Zebra – Mortgage Lifter (Halladay’s) Please keep in mind we can not guarantee you will receive exactly 5 seeds from each variety, as we add 1000 seeds from each variety into a bowl, mixed them well, then package 40+ seeds into each small ziplock poly bag for retail. Want more seeds? Jumbo packet has 200 seeds. Some Tomato growing tips: – start the seeds indoor say four weeks before the last frost; use organic jiffy seed starting mix, heating mat and grow light if possible – at 3 to 4 weeks old, move seedlings to cold frame (or low tunnel) if outdoor temperature permits, this will speed up hardening – transplant say two weeks after the last frost (DO NOT transplant too early) – tomato plants prefer full sun area, or at least SW-facing partial shade – seedling should be spaced 24″ apart; rows should be spaced at least 4′ apart; – plant the seedling deep, cover the soil to the first set of true leaves – each hill should have 12-18″ well drained soil with lots of organic matters – mulch the tomato plants over time, cover each row with weed blocking fabric or black plastic could warm soil temperature and promote growth – need staking support (or tomato cage) to hold the branches upright, especially when loaded with pounder fruits. – when plants are 2-3ft tall, do remove leaves near soil surface to provide good ventilation; also trim off sucker branches We believe harvesting 100+ lbs of tomato fruits are very doable. Would love to hear your harvest report & see your harvest pics. Happy gardening 2022 & stay safe!

The seeds arrived quickly and look great! I can’t understand why the seeds were $2.95 and shipping was $3.95! The shipping costs for many of the items on Etsy are outrageous!
