Description

(Cucumis sativus) Heirloom, OP (open-pollinated). The Marketmore 76, introduced by Dr. Henry Munger at Cornell University, is the standard for home gardeners and market growers alike. Marketmore is a beautiful, dark green cucumber that produces 8″-9″ long fruits about 2” in diameter. A good yielding mid-season slicer with a smooth flavor that is perfect fresh for salads. A favorite of ours in the summer to mix with cherry tomatoes, red wine vinegar and feta cheese. Marketmore is a hardy variety resistant to scab, Cucumber mosaic virus and mildews. One of the most pest resistant varieties we’ve grown. {Quantity:} 1g (Min. 30 Seeds)

  1. Chrissy Purtee

I ordered several types of seeds. They shipped speedily. I planted about 100 seeds, and only three of the seeds did not grow. I consider that great quality! The plants are growing so fast, especially the radishes and beans.

  2. Michelle Blair

So happy with all the seeds being non-GMO! Love your shop and what you do. Wonderful!

Packaged very nicely and I can’t wait to try growing it next year for my dad and brother 🙂

I will absolutely be doing business with SeedGeeks again! I ordered a ton of seeds on etsy this year. SeedGeeks were the best packaged, fastest delivery and they threw in an extra package of seeds. Regarding the Marketmore 76 cucumber, I am having wonderful results. Out of the 12 planted in toilet roll starters, I have 11 sprouts! Very, very pleased.
