Description
The Philodendron Prince of Orange gets its name from its uniquely hued leaves, which change color over time. New growth starts a starburst yellow when it first emerges, transitioning first to copper tones, and ultimately settling into darker shades of green.
This plant is a self-heading Philodendron hybrid. Unlike many Philodendron varieties, the Prince of Orange grows its vibrant leaves from its center rather than from vines or stems. Its brilliant coloring aside, it looks and grows very similarly to a Philodendron Congo, except will only reach about 2 feet tall at its largest.
The Prince of Orange appreciates a bright location in your home or office, out of reach of direct sunlight, in a spot where it will receive plenty of ambient or filtered light throughout the day.

**Update 5/2 it has completely died now. Also losing 2 of the 3 leaves from the black velvet I ordered with this one.
It arrived quickly and was secured very well, but the plant just wasnt in good looking shape. I’m not sure what happened. There were a few leaves that had broken off the rest just look smashed or damaged. Maybe the packaging was too rough. The other plant it came with was fine. Idk if it will make it.

My 2nd time to buy plants online and a total disaster!! Etsy should have a 0 star for service like this. I was totally perplexed with what I received. I waited for several days for a reply to my message and nothing. Totally disappointed w the product that I paid $13.69 for (they consider it a well rooted bulb in a 3in pot) I will not buy from this seller again and will not recommend the shop.
