Description
15 Seeds Cardoon is similar to the globe artichoke. However, with cardoon, the tender young leaves and undeveloped, tender flower stalks are eaten instead of the flower bud. The thistle-like cardoon plant grows to a height of 3-5 feet and spreads over an area 6 feet in diameter. There are several uses for cardoon. The most popular way to prepare it is to cook the leaves and tender stalks together. Cardoon may also be eaten fresh and uncooked in salads. It hails from Victorian times. Hardy in zones 6-9. Proper name: Cynara cardunculus.

Alpine strawberry plants came looking very healthy and vigorous. I got them planted right away and they are happy and healthy.

Most of the plants looks healthy. I did see one or two roots that looked like it dried up / dead but no biggie. Good thing about strawberries is that they multiply really quick.

I was very impressed and happy with my white feather hostas. I was a little worried and skeptical about them at first but the price was hard to beat especially compared to my local nursery. The plants came well packaged (no instructions) and seemed healthy. I planted them in some pots with pine bark and parked them under my grow light. I noticed growth after 3 days and after 7 could see the beginnings of leaves. Very happy and will be ordering more!
