(12-OZ) 900 Seeds OREGON GIANT Snow Pea; Dual Purpose Pea Shoots & Sugar Snap Pea Pods; 大豆苗 Germination rate 83%; tested 10/2021 Oregon Giant is distinguished for its sweet rich green fat wide 4–5″ pods good for stir-fries, steaming and eating out of hand. Retains sweetness so may be picked a little plumper than the thin-podded varieties. Ready to harvest in 60 days, grow to 3-4ft tall. Staking support is recommended. Vigor and large-sized leaves make this variety especially nice for pea shoots. To use as an eat-all pea shoot crop, sow in a wide row or bed at about 2” apart in all directions.
