Perennial has become an endangered species in the wild owing to over collection. Edelweiss has silvery foliage with white, star-shaped flowers in June through August. Can be used in rock gardens, as dried flowers, and perennial beds. Plant in full sun, 12 inches apart. Grows to 12 inches high. Hardy in zones 3-9. Proper name: Leontopodium alpinum

I was very impressed and happy with my white feather hostas. I was a little worried and skeptical about them at first but the price was hard to beat especially compared to my local nursery. The plants came well packaged (no instructions) and seemed healthy. I planted them in some pots with pine bark and parked them under my grow light. I noticed growth after 3 days and after 7 could see the beginnings of leaves. Very happy and will be ordering more!
