I ordered 10 Lotus seeds not 10 tiny needle head seeds and the instruction shows that take 1 to 6 months for germination to occur .What a misleading pictures of product ,I could have easily buy from my Amazon Prime
with more satisfaction.Never again!

These are tiny seeds, smaller than a speck of ground pepper. They might be what is known as WATER LILY.
These are NOT the almost half inch seeds commonly known as LOTUS.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FIR LOTUS, DO NOT ORDER THESE.

Was not actual lotus seeds, as lotus seeds are fairly large and shelled, certainly are water lily seeds. Please remove lotus description if not selling actual lotus. Other wise, product is lovely and the seller left a gift with purchase! Will be buying again.

Misled. Seller’s description states these are lotus seeds, something for which I had been seeking. I ordered based on seller’s description. She then sent water lilly seeds.
The lotus (nelumbo nucifera) has highly spiritual meanings the water lilly (nymphaea odorata, white water lilly), a beautiful flower, does not. The nymphaea is an American flower, favored by Lady Bird Johnson.
The lotus goes back to ancient Egypt and Asia. It’s renowned for its ability to flower and create tender beauty in the worst kind of filthy muck.
Lotus flowers and water lilies *can* look similar, but are easily distinguishable by their leaves. The water lilly will have cut leaves, the lots does not.
After contacting the seller right away after receipt of the incorrect seeds, there has been no response of any kind.
