10-gram or about 10000 seeds; Celtuce Shi Xin Wo Sun, 食心萵筍, stem lettuce; asparagus lettuce Maturity: Approx. 75-85 days Planting season: Spring, late summer and fall Need more seeds? 10-gram packet contains about 10,000 seeds. – Typically seeds are sowed in starter trays (ideal germination temperature is 60F-70F, so do not use heat pad) – Transplant them when there are 4 to 8 true leaves. – Seedlings should be spaced 4-6″ apart and rows should be 12-18″ apart. – Great autumn crop can survive light frost. – In ideal planting condition, with 1-gram of seeds, harvesting 50-100 pounds of celtuce is very possible. – During the growth period, feel free to peel off large leaves on the bottom of the stalk and stir fry them with a touch of minced garlic.
