The large, tender, mature leaves are ruffled with curly edges and are best cooked. Very cold tolerant. I was hesitant to buy seeds from Etsy. This is my very first purchase. My seeds came in like 3 days from IL to WA with padded bubble mailers and another layer or wrapper. I sow some seeds on the same day I got it and they already germinated in just 2 days(I use grow light and green house box) Can you believe. I highly recommend this seller to everyone.
