3000+ Seed (1/4-OZ) certified organic WHITE STEM Pak Choi seeds; 有機廣東小白菜 / Bok Choy; Pac Choy; heirloom non-gmo Germination rate 99%; tested 09/2021 brassica rapa subsp. chinensis; 40-50 days. Please note you can easily plant 100 sqft of pak choi with 1/4-OZ worth of seeds. So share the seeds with couple gardening friends, or save some for autumn planting. This traditional stable green is excellent stir fry veggie, with a touch of minced garlic. Great for micro-green or baby green too. The easiest cultivation method is direct sowing, cover seeds in 1/8-1/4” fine soil, keep soil moist & seeds should germinate in less than a week if daytime temperature is above 60F. Cover the soil in clear poly will accelerate germination dramatically, acting like a coldframe. I like to pick them as baby greens for making stir fry or soup, and leave some bigger ones to spread out sparsely (e.g. 4 plants per sqft) grow to 12-18″ tall.
