1000 Seeds 50 Persian BEIT ALPHA Cucumber seeds; Cucumis sativus; non-GMO, Cucumber Mosaic Virus resistant. Plant produces excellent yields of 10″ long sweet, bitter free, and burpless cucumbers. A Middle Eastern type cucumber that is smooth and blocky with dark green skin. The flesh is crunchy, and the skin so mild it does not have to be peeled. It is usually picked small at 5 to 6″ long. Can be used for pickling or sliced in salads. Great shelf life. One of the most disease resistant cucumber on the market. Excellent choice for home gardens, market growers, and open field production. Hint: Do not transplant right after the last frost. Wait couple more weeks until soil is warmed up to 60-65F. Cucumber vines do not grow well in cold overnight weather! Need more seeds? Large packet has 200 seeds. Jumbo packet has 1000 seeds. Farmer packet has 5000 seeds.
