This variety is widely grown in Canton area. – Approximately 5-7 inches long and 4-5 inches in diameter, weight between 6 to 12 oz in average. – Do best in warm to hot areas. Do not transplant too early, wait at least 2-3 weeks after last frost. – Trellis support is a must, or use chain-link fence, meshed wire, nylon bean nets. – Leaves are also harvested for Southeast Asian delicacy. – Mature in about 70 days after transplant.
