Left 2 messages on 2 separate days for some help on the state of my plant the black rose, she never replied to either of my messages. There was no after shipping care for plants in box. I wasn’t asking for refund only help. Here’s a pic of plant it’s been 3days..looking a lot better..

Of everything I ordered this is the only one that wasn’t great. I imagine due to the nature of the petals it’s hard to ship it so that it arrives looking perfect but this one was a bit on the scraggly side. Not upset about though, the roots and stem are all in great shape and I’m sure it will look glorious in time.
