This tasty root has a mellow, sweet flavor and can be mashed like potatoes or enjoyed in stews or casseroles. Rutabagas have their best flavor when harvested in cool weather. Excellent fall crop. Seeds germinated very quickly. I’m new at growing from seeds so I will review again after the harvest.

Awesome folks, and awesome seeds. The packages are labeled better than anything you’d get at a hardware store.
