Description
(Brassica oleracea) Georgia Southern Collard is an old heirloom variety that’s still very popular in the South. This non-heading variety is slow to bolt and grows 2-3 feet tall. Beautiful deep blue/green leaves look great in the garden and have a tender, mild flavor. Great producer with heavy yields. Enjoy these collards fresh when young, steamed, or used as a wrap for your favorite sandwich fillings. Tolerant of heat and poor soil. Slow to bolt. {Quantity:} 1g (Min. ~200 Seeds)

Fast shipping, USPS took their sweet time to deliver them though. Can’t wait to plant them all and grow my own food forest.

Haven’t planted yet but took way too long to ship. Took about a month to receive 4 packs of seeds. Communication wasn’t too good either. I definitely understand that Covid19 has impacted some businesses but if the company is that behind, just stop taking orders.
