Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

Got my plant in great condition! Packaged very well and look very healthy! I’ve ordered from Facebook market and Amazon and have not found one yet that has sent me a plant in wonderful condition like this! From now on I will only buy from California Tropicals I also ordered a snow queen and also excellent condition. On top of that it took longer than a week to receive, and plants looked great and were still hydrated!

This is the third pothos plant I’ve ordered from this vendor and they always arrive healthy and extremely well packaged. I actually ordered this plant from another vendor and the plant died within a few days so I decided to try ordering from California Tropicals and of course they sent me a healthy beautiful plant!!! I’ll only buy my plants from here now!
