All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

My Sago plant arrived the following week after purchase!
She was very well hydrated with shredded composed material. I quickly took it out so it wouldn’t mold from the moisture.
She is beautiful and the leaves look wonderful because they were placed in the box with care.
I will definitely order again ☺

Packaged very nicely, have to say this plant was packaged better than any I have ever bought from Etsy! The plant still had damp soil after shipping and was not damaged at all. Very happy with my new palm and it is very happy in its new home in my sunroom in Chicago. Thank you!!

Plants looks so vibrant and healthy! At first I was concerned about some mildew looking surface on the bulb part but after cleaning it off and repotting there is no signs of it anymore! Overall very happy with the plant, the root system was beautiful and full, will definitely be purchasing from here again!
