Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

?? That is for your excellent packaging! This plant arrived at the Ft Worth USPS distribution center on May 11th and I received it on May 19th. I thought there was no way it would have survived. WELL, here’s a pic, and it is healthy, beautiful and the soil is still damp. Thank you so much for the care you take.

My plant arrived in a timely manner (pandemic craziness and all) and was very well packaged. It’s a bit droopy but honestly looks great for having been in the mail for several days. I can’t wait to watch it grow! I feel the price was fantastic for the plant I got, so I will definitely order from here again!
