Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 6” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

I am incredibly impressed by this plant, and the way it was shipped. It was left on my porch on its side, in the cold, yet it is in absolutely perfect shape, and this beautiful baby is more amazing than I expected!

Was exactly as pictured. Plant came healthy and lovely. Have had it for 2 weeks and doing fine. Soil was dry and I assumed it needed watering. Watered it lightly but note inside would have been helpful.
A month later… This plant is doing great! Has grown greatly and I am much pleased. I think my sister killed my last online purchase of a ficus tree by watering it too much. I keep this in my bedroom and only water when the soil is really dry.

Who ever packaged this plant for mailing really knew what they were doing! The packaging materials made a bit of a mess of the potting soil, but once unwrapped it looked like the plant had been sitting on my window ledge for months! (one tiny leaf was damaged. . ). Plant looks wonderful. Will order again if I can find more space to put more plants!
