Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

Besides the cosmetic leaf issues (i.e. spots and tears), the plant appears to be healthy. Packing ensured safety during transit.

I’ve purchased a few times from CA tropicals, and they only ever send healthy, quality plants in my experience. I ordered this Dracaena in the middle of winter with a heat pack and it arrived a little thirsty, but just fine! The heat pack only had a slight bit of warmth left, but it was just enough.
