All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

Item description says “This sale is for a live plant representative of the one above” Mine was sooooo tiny and looked nothing close to the picture. I wasn’t expecting active flowering but was expecting more than 4 short floppy cuttings. Was super bummed. Hoping it recovers from travel and grows. For some reason this review won’t allow me to add a photo or I would have.
