Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

Half a plant – The reason for 5 stars is that Etsy won’t allow you to post pictures on reviews with less than 5 stars, which makes no sense. I will look closer at reviews from now on.
I’ve bought a few plants from this shop and have been happy with them. Always well packaged and no bugs. This however I was not happy with. It looks like they took cuttings to propagate more plants. I’ll try and add mor photos but this one says it all. The plant looks ridiculous and it was meant to be a gift for a friend. I will think twice about ordering again.
