All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

This plant shipped from CA to IL quickly and in EXCELLENT condition. Its done a wonderful job of acclimating to its new climate and I’m very pleased with the retailer/the packaging and quality of the plant. Ficus can be a bit challenging to successfully grow and flourish in my opinion, but this one has been very resilient and is already growing new leaves. Highly recommend!
