Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

Out of four plants I ordered from here, this one was my least favorite. It was still packaged very well, and very healthy upon arrival, but I wasn’t too happy with the plant that I received as it’s very clumped up and not very full. Not the sellers fault though! I know that plants grow in different ways. Hoping that it will become more bushy with time.
